30-Day Guarantee: ACU-Mobility wants you to be fully satisfied with all products purchased from ACUMOBILITY.COM. If, within 30-days of your original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order please return it for a full refund or for an exchange. Cash refunds are not available and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by ACUMOBILITY / Wakefield Wellness Inc. In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned unused and in original factory packaging including all paperwork, parts and accessories. Products that have been opened/used will receive a partial refund. The exact refund amount will depend on the condition that the item is received in and will be determined by ACU-Mobility. In order for your return to be processed you must include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns are processed 5-7 business days after it is received. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will direct you where to send your returns. For a full refund, your return must be received within 30 days of your original purchase date and in unused condition with original factory packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges will not be covered by ACUMOBILITY / Wakefield Wellness.
IN PERSON SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your registration. Please note that registration cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a $30 fee. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received within two weeks of the event and for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are allowed but notification must be provided in advance.
